I purchased my Canon 7D from Pictureline rather than thru the internet because local service and support was important to me. Prices and selection were competetive, but what ""sold"" me is the staff service and knowledge.
My questions are always courteously answered and I love my shopping experience every time I go into the store.
Pictureline has a great selection of products and equipment and they offer continuing education on cameras and techniques.
I don't bother shopping anywhere else.
