I had a stone put a quarter-sized chip&crack in my front windshield while visiting family. I wanted to get it fixed right away before driving on the highway, and risking it would grow. John came out to fix it, and I thought it would last. I drove home - 3hrs away - and when I went to the store 2 days later, noticed the windshield-crack had grown to 21"" long. They would not help me where I live and would only help if I drove 3 hours back to have it ""repaired"" for free. Why would I trust a company that doesn't fix something the 1st time. Mike was very rude to me and my mother-in-law. Stay away! Use Safelite. That's a professional company backed NATIONWIDE!!!
