I live in irvine and thought this would be a nice place to get my car detailed, but unfortunately I was wrong. The car already looked nice and new on the outside, but the inside needed some serious help. I had just purchased the car from a private seller and they didnt really keep it clean so it needed to be cleaned. After I paid their $80 fee, I went to go see how my car looked and it was the same! All that happened was they made the seats and floor wet with a stinky shampoo! There were spots I could have got rid of, just by taking a wash cloth to it, and they didn?t touch them. I was very upset, so I took it back and asked them to try again. Same story! Wet seats and floor, not looking 1% better from the first time they worked on it. I can?t believe these people are in business. Maybe I am only one this has had this experience with Checkered Flag, but how can you go there twice and get no results! So I took out my wash cloth and did a little scrubbing of my own and bamb! Spot was gone! I guess Im going to to have to scrub the car myself now. I wont ever go back to Checkerflag Hand Car Wash. I wish you best in getting your car cleaned!
