We had transmission work done on our 1998 Pontiac Montana minivan on March 2, 2006. Our transmission completely failed on September 30, 2006 in Denver. We notified Jim, who originally sounded willing to pay for their failed repair. However, after speaking with his ""superiors,"" he refused to do so. Even after speaking with the gentleman here in Denver who is doing the repair, who TOLD him that it was the fault of the repairman, he still refused to pay for it, even though we spent $2200 at their shop, and this repair is costing us another $1500. I have notified the appropriate business authorities and my family in the area to avoid this shop at all costs.
