Review content:
Be very careful when shopping this store. My husband spent approximately $300 on a gift for me with the promise from the salesperson in the presence of the owner, stating it was returnable if his wife did not like it (as long as she did not wear it). As a man shopping, he just took her word for it prior to buying. When he tried to return it in brand new condition, as it was NEVER worn, the owner stated it was not refundable, only store credit. My husband stated he was not told that to which the owner replied, you should have asked! Really?? Like a man shopping for his wife is responsible for specifically asking using the word, refundable, credit back, cash back, etc..? Yes, the receipt states this, but the verbal statement/promise was made uh..prior receiving the receipt. Talk about deceptive. Now I have $300 dollars to spend in a store where the owner practically kicked him out of the store, was extremely RUDE as he only tried to get her to back her word, which apparently is meaningless!!!
