I bought a 2000 Expedition XLT from them. Before purchasing it it had some issues...Cd changer did not work which i brought up to them( they told me they ordered it and it was out of stock and that when it came in they would put it in ) Yeah right, it never came in, I contstantly went up there, after all the run around they finally told me they never ordered it and it was my problem to fix, which I was told they would replace it when I bought it. Then, the truck had a cracked grill...they ordered it, 4 months later it arrived and it took them 4 hours to install the grill and it wasn't even the correct one, it was one from an explorer...so it looked really messed up when they put it on. Also, not even a month after I bought the truck it was in the shop to replace the whole Front end...balls joints, tie rods, idle and pitman arms, tie rod ends, bushings. $1000 front end job. So, it is clear they do not safety inspect their vechiles like they say they do...My wheel fell off while driving one day!!!!!!!!
