Review content:
Probably the worst service experience I've ever had with a power equipment dealer. The service manager was arguably the most arrogant tech I've ever met. I brought an older boat in to have a forward control box mounted. The boat is used for duck hunting primarily and is not flashy like the new boats sold at the store, but I had already dropped $1000 at Crystal in a motor rebuild and didn't expect the rude reception I received when pulling into the service bay. After much hemming and hawing about the age of the boat (apparently that matters) the service manager sighed and told me he'd 'do me a favor' by working on the boat, but that it would be placed last in the work queue and any incoming work contracts would get precedence. I had no other options as far as where I could take it, so I had to agree. Two weeks passed and I called to see what the status of the boat, and the service manager acted insulted that I would call and reminded me that my boat was low priority. I would recommend avoiding Crystal Pierz like the plague.
