I'm about as fanatical as they come when it comes to sushi. Having tried just about every sushi restaurant in Miami/Miami Beach nothing holds a torch to this little pearl in the oyster that is Miami. From Nobu to Shoji to Bond Street or Shibui, the rolls here are bigger and fresher and maintain a good sturdiness while having the ability to just melt in your mouth. Even the wasabi is hotter than anywhere in Miami!YUM! Service is wonderfully friendly and attentive, you're greeted by *everyone* as you enter the restaurant and leave. Non-sushi dishes excel here as well...ohgod, now I'm having a craving...see you there!
