Review content:
We stayed at this resort in early August. For 4 out of the 5 days of our stay there was no television service available-not even network channels. We were told daily that it was a ""receiver"" problem, but on the third day of no service, we called the satellite company directly and were told that the master account had not been paid. Each day they told us the problem was being fixed, and we were never told the truth during our entire stay. If we had, we would have chosen to move to another resort (a reasonably priced, quality resort is not hard to find in AZ in August!). My letters to the manager have remained unanswered. There is information on-line that the developer of the property (Rancho Manana Ventures LLC), which manages the resort, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on 8/13! No wonder the bill was not paid, and no wonder I have gotten no response! Too bad - it is a beautiful property.
