Review content:
I have been a client at Petmenders since 1994 and I have the highest regard for Drs. Fuller and Russell and their head ttech Sue. They know how to talk to owners and are very supportive if problems arise and I completely trust them with my pets. However, I just had a very difficult visit, which made me very upset, and the problem was the very part time receptionist. She was cold, prickly, uncaring and she kept stonewalling me on what were reasonable requests and questions. She just put up a wall and I was given no recourse to t alk to someone in charge about what was going wrong. However I was patient and just sat until someone else could talk to me. I brought my cat in for fluids and I just wanted to know if he was in fact still dehydrated. If they were too busy that day I offered to come back another day and she said that would cost me another official office visit. I had to fight to gett an answer. It's never been like that, ever,
