I can?t tell you what happened to the early reviews of this place, but as a local I can tell you why it received a rating of 7.3, which is a gift for this place. I?ve been there three times over the last 10 years and I?ve always come away with the same impression. That is it?s an ordinary restaurant that serves ordinary food, with ordinary service. This is not just my opinion, but it?s also the opinion of many locals. Do NOT believe the TV commercials. It?s just another place that tries to be something it?s not?an exceptional seafood restaurant. I?m not saying they don?t, but I have never seen anyone eat a lobster in this place. None the less, you could do much worse someplace else. The food lacks any creativeness, but the quality is good. The service was what one would expect from a restaurant that was always empty. It boils down to the fact that the LOCALS do not eat here. I can?t believe it?s still in business.
Pros: Uhhhh...oh yeah, they have an earlybird menu.
