I have had a unit here for four years, and plan to get my stuff out ASAP. I have gone into ""lein"" four times, at a cost of over $300 each time! They do not send bills or statements. Its up to the customer to remember their due date and come in and pay it. Often times, they are not there even though they live on site. They close the office constantly for doctors apointments, extended holiday weekends, ect. On the 60th day past your due date, you go into ""lein"" and they charge two months rent, plus $150 and late fees. Last month, they told me I was caught up. I knew I was a day late this month, but thought I would be OK until I tried to pay it. She told me that I went into lein this morning! So now I have to pay all that money yet again! They are not nice people and seem grumpy all the time no matter how nice you are to them! I wish I could find out who owns it and complain to them, since the manager says the computer automatically charges the fees and she can't do anything about it. I have spent thousands of dollars to keep all my junk there when I would have been better off renting a truck and just keeping the stuff in my garage. I am going to do that now! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
