GREAT PLACE!\r \r Friendly, Clean, Spacious, Safe facility to store my stuff. I've been here on and off (as needed) for 5 years, most recently for 4 months and have never had a problem with my stuff or the staff. I love the 24/7 access and because the place is open and well-lit, I've always felt safe coming here even when it's dark out. It also makes me feel safe to know that management lives on site so there are people around. \r \r I don't understand why people are having problem with management, I've always enjoyed the staff and they're very helpful. more

I have had a unit here for four years, and plan to get my stuff out ASAP. I have gone into ""lein"" four times, at a cost of over $300 each time! They do not send bills or statements. Its up to the customer to remember their due date and come in and pay it. Often times, they are not there even though they live on site. They close the office constantly for doctors apointments, extended holiday weekends, ect. On the 60th day past your due date, you go into ""lein"" and they charge two months rent, plus $150 and late fees. Last month, they told me I was caught up. I knew I was a day late this month, but thought I would be OK until I tried to pay it. She told me that I went into lein this morning! So now I have to pay all that money yet again! They are not nice people and seem grumpy all the time no matter how nice you are to them! I wish I could find out who owns it and complain to them, since the manager says the computer automatically charges the fees and she can't do anything about it. I have spent thousands of dollars to keep all my junk there when I would have been better off renting a truck and just keeping the stuff in my garage. I am going to do that now! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! more

This is by far the most unprofessional facility I have ever done business with. The management is not only unfriendly, but downright rude?foreigners who have not been neither introduced to nor educated in the American way of doing business, the first rule of which is to RESPECT THE CUSTOMER. The manager either hates her job, her life or possibly just people in general but she should not be permitted to have customer contact. The exit gate is frequently broken and the rates are not very competitive, I was able to find a unit the same size for $30/month less and managed by a cooperative staff. In these difficult economic times, effort should be made to keep your paying customers, not drive them off. I do not recommend this business in the least.
