Review content:
I ate at the 5 seasons brewery on Old Milton Pkwy in Alpharetta a couple weeks ago, and got severe food poisoning that was so bad I had to be hospitalized. I then filed a complaint with environmental health, who then started an active investigation on the restaurant. They sent someone out to perform a random sanitation check, and the resulting score was a 59, which goes without saying is very poor.
