I've recently moved into OJP, and I'm slowly getting into the pace of things around the area. Management is young and give the impression that they don't care about their residents. You'll find most of them out at lunch or socializing with their friends. maintenance are quick to respond to household problems; however, the repairment isnt that great. we asked them to fix trimming on kitchen cabinets and heater problems, and by a week or two, the cabinet broke and the heater stopped heating AGAIN. the best part of this place is probably the pet policy, which was the main reason why we moved here. also, its a good location for outdoor activities, shopping, and restuarants.
Pros: pet policy, location
Cons: anti-social neighbors, poor managemnt
