I saw an advertisement for 1 Jefferson Parkway on the internet. Places looked great so I went to go see the apartments. They told me the apartments available still have tenants but they would move out soon. They said the apartments were ""Newly Remodeled"" They showed me a Model Home and said it would be just like that. They asked for a $300 deposit to hold the 3 bedroom I wanted. When the date came to see the apartment it was soo awful I could not believe my eyes! I asked for my $300 back and they have not responded. I told them I was going to take it to court and still no response from the main office. This is called the ""bait and switch"" and is illegal. It looks like they plan to keep my $300. Now I have to go to court to get my money back. DON't GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!
