Review content:
What at first seemed like the best buying experience ever has turned into a nightmare!!! I traded in my 01 mustang gt for a new 2007 impreza sedan and started the sales process with their internet department. After coming to a price below invoice and a reasonable interest rate, my fiance and I signed papers on the car. One month later I receive a call telling me that the financing had fallen through and I needed to sign new paperwork. The new paperwork increased the interest by 1.5% and I told them ""no, just give me my trade back and we'll call the deal off."" I was then told""that they had already paid off the remaining loan on my trade-in and that they would not return the car to me. Also, if I didn't sign the paperwork they would take me to court for the price of the subaru and for what they paid on the trade."" I signed the paperwork and thought that'd be it. One month later they repossessed my car stating that the contract was non-fundable, and that I owed them for the subaru, and the money they paid out on my trade. Granted, I should have had my financing before I walked in the door, but I never should have been treated this badly. Absolute rip off artists and strong arm tactics.
Pros: not a one
Cons: everything is wrong with how this company does business
