I would never send my friends or family here. Dr Sara Apsley-Ambriz and her office is the worst I've ever experienced. My experience here was truly horrifying. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They were all very rude. They were suppose to send my daughters RX to pharmacy and did not. It took them 2 weeks with me calling every day for them to finally send RX to my pharmacy. We waiting at least an hour the 2 times we were there. NEVER AGAIN!!! Also, they charged an additional $15 on top of co-pay to fill out a physical form and fax it. That took over 2 weeks for them to do! RIDICULOUS!!
