Stay Away!!! My experience with Advanced Exteriors can best be described as terrible. I contacted them about some work they had done on my roof to tell them that the shingles and metal underlay were pulling away from the roof. I was told that they had to verify they had done the work and that they would get back to, which they never did. I had to contact them, at which time they said they had done the work, but that it was not under warranty. I expected this, but asked them to come check on the roof and see what they could do, and they told me they would contact me the next day abut setting up a time....do you think I heard from them, no. When I called to ask why I had not heard from them in almost a week I was told that I had no reason to be upset that I was not contacted as promised and that they were doing me a favor. Needless to say the level of professionalism is sadly poor, especially when dealing with Chad. Avoid this company if you want good service.
