Stay Away!!! My experience with Advanced Exteriors can best be described as terrible. I contacted them about some work they had done on my roof to tell them that the shingles and metal underlay were pulling away from the roof. I was told that they had to verify they had done the work and that they would get back to, which they never did. I had to contact them, at which time they said they had done the work, but that it was not under warranty. I expected this, but asked them to come check on the roof and see what they could do, and they told me they would contact me the next day abut setting up a time....do you think I heard from them, no. When I called to ask why I had not heard from them in almost a week I was told that I had no reason to be upset that I was not contacted as promised and that they were doing me a favor. Needless to say the level of professionalism is sadly poor, especially when dealing with Chad. Avoid this company if you want good service. more

Advanced Exteriors was recommended to me by my realtor. I needed to get a new roof put on my house before the end of fall due to the ice dam issues from last year. They came out and looked at my project and found that the reason my roof was having problems with ice was due to my ventilation and insulation. Needless to say I now have a new roof and better insulation and ventilation. Out of all the people that came out they were the most knowledgeable. Everyone else just gave me a number. Advanced Exteriors went the extra step to solve the problem. I will be calling them when it's time to replace my siding........ more

I have had many things done to my house, but have never been quite as impressed by the sales staff and the men who placed the siding on my house. I was very impressed with the customer service and the detailed work the men did. I would definitly refer this company to anyone interested. more

Very professional sales staff, courteous and prompt. I had them do my roof last summer and just recently had them back to do my siding and windows. I was worried that there would be debris and garbage left behind but they cleaned everything up. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. more

My experience with Advanced Exteriors was more than I expected. We met with a sales clerk from the company in October. I'm very skeptical because of dealings in the past with contractors. We decided to have new siding and windows installed. The crews were very good and the windows are great. When they left everything was cleaned up as if no one was ever here. I was most impressed the day my wife came home after a daytime snowfall. We are getting up there in the years and they told her to sit in the car while they proceeded to shovel the sidewalk for her to get in the front door. I would recommend them to anyone. The products and installation were great but they took time out to make sure my wife was safe. How thoughtful. more

I'm not one to complain and to the best of my knowledge I have never given a bad review in my life. But there is a first time for everything. more

I would not recommend this company to replace your windows at all. Even though they were friendly and quick to do the work, now we need a window replaced, and after calling them 5 times we still have not got a return call. They say they are a family owned company, but they don't care about their customers. Pros: Good at being Bad Cons: Poor customer service more

After getting estimates from several businesses, Advanced Exteriors was my choice. Their windows are just as good as the major manufacturers, the installer did a wonderful job all the while keeping the work area clean. Aslo, if there are any issues with any window, they will take care of getting the replacement. more
