Review content:
We ordered shutters from this company twice (via Costco) in 2006 and both times with a great experience. This year when we wanted to order more we went to Costco but they no longer had the booth set up so we went directly through Elizabeth Ashley. We placed an order for $1800 worth of shutters in July 2007 and paid a 50% deposit. I have been trying to call the company for the last 3 days and can not get through to a person. The extension the sales rep left with us says ""you have entered an invalid extension"" and when you press 0 for operator it just rings and then says ""the operator is unavailable"". Now I have just read the two previous entries about how the company filed for bankruptcy and I am getting very nervous. If anyone has a number for anyone at the company please post it here as I would LOVE to speak with someone direct.
