We have been using Valley Carpet Care for probably 4 or 5 years. We use them 2 or 3 times a year, sometimes 4 depending on the need. Appointments can be made quickly, and the service is good.
The guys that come out are great and helpful. I usually move the furniture myself before they come, and I know that helps them. They are always polite on the phone and very approachable. The service is always good and friendly.
I have recommended many people in the neighborhood and the family to Valley Carpet Care. It is cool to see people using them. The service is quick, and when they give you a couple hour window they are pretty punctual. They always call ahead of time.
When they are done it looks great. We have then clean in the morning so that it can dry during the day, and we are always satisfied.
