I had absolutely horrid carpets which i thought would be impossible to save. After booking my appointment with the very friendly office staff, the technician came out to my house, and did an absolutely wonderful job, my carpets look brand new again! thank you so much to Thomas for the excellent job, and to the Valley Carpet Care staff for their very friendly and professional assistance. I will continue to recommend their services to all my friends more

I asked to have my carpet cleaned and stretched. The cleaning was below average and it took 4 days for the carpet to dry. The individual stretched and cut some of the carpet and there is now a huge gap between where the tile ends and carpet begins. These guys contract out alot (if not all of their work) so their is no pride in ownership when the cleaners show up. I would recommend using an owner operator to ensure you get quality work done. more

Valley Carpet Care has cleaned the carpets in my house. I've been going to them for 15 years. My brother owns the company but I would go them even if he didn't. They do a good job. They clean the carpets directly at the house. They're clean, fast, and they do a good service. more

I have nothing but praise to sing for them. Greg came and made our dog-soiled beige carpets beige again and cleaned our sofa wonderfully well. He was friendly, professional and obviously cared and took pride in his work. I highly, highly recommend him and Valley Carpet Care. We will only use them from now on and will never rent a machine and do it ourselves again. more

I had my carpets and furniture cleaned as well as my carpets stretched on 10/9/10. The technician, "Brian",did an outstanding job on everything! His attention to detail was remarkable, (i.e. placing noticeable cable wires out of sight while replacing the tacking strip during the "stretching" of the carpet.) The price was right but the job was even better! more

Valley Carpet Care is always there when they say; they are very prompt. In fact, they have never even had to call to tell me they are running late. The young men are always very courteous and nice. I have been using them for about 8 years. The work always looks amazing. Even the carpet on the steps look better; I can hardly believe it, but it does. Valley Carpet Care always asks the right questions about if there are any areas of concerns. They also always tell us to get back in touch with them if any spots resurface. Last time they used a special deodorizing service on the carpet in the living room. I have dogs, and I can't stand the dog smell. The Febreze that I was using wasn't cutting it. After they were done it smelled wonderful and looked a lot better. more

We have been using Valley Carpet Care for probably 4 or 5 years. We use them 2 or 3 times a year, sometimes 4 depending on the need. Appointments can be made quickly, and the service is good. The guys that come out are great and helpful. I usually move the furniture myself before they come, and I know that helps them. They are always polite on the phone and very approachable. The service is always good and friendly. I have recommended many people in the neighborhood and the family to Valley Carpet Care. It is cool to see people using them. The service is quick, and when they give you a couple hour window they are pretty punctual. They always call ahead of time. When they are done it looks great. We have then clean in the morning so that it can dry during the day, and we are always satisfied. more

I have used Valley Carpet Care for years and will always use them. They are always professional and always on time. They make good recommendations and don't try to up-sell with useless services. When they clean something it looks great, and it dries up really fast. They are real careful with my personal items in the house which is definitely a bonus. more

They are very reliable as far as being on time. All of the employees we have dealt with have been very courteous and professional.
