As a frequent concert go-er, I have been to many different venues over the past few years. I have been to the Tweeter Center over 20 times, and it has always been my favorite location for any concert. Ever since the name ""Comcast"" has taken over however, I have had nothing but terrible experiences so far. I have attended 3 concerts a;ready this summer; each one I parked in a different lot, and each one I waited for over 2 hours before we even started moving to leave. The other huge problems I have experienced at the Comcast Center include standing in the beer line for a half hour, only to be next and line and have a kid scream out from behind the counter ""No More BEER!"". As I was a little ticked off for missing 5 songs and not even gettting a beer, I stood at the counter and tried to get a vendors attention. After I finally flagged one down, I explained that I had waited a half hour and it was just 10:00 on the dot, and I was told""too bad"" and then walked away from. I could not belive I waited in the line and not one employee bothered saying that the beer was going to be cut off, instead they let a line with dozens of people form and wait for the bad news. Also, The amount of illegal drugss present at these concerts has been most disturbing, where everyone around me is smoking maryjane and ""security"" standing right behind them doing nothing. As an officer, the Centers lack of responsibility is disturbing to me and the fact that Pros: Shows Cons: Parking, Lack of Customer Service, Beer lines, Staff
