?The Comcast Center is owned and operated exclusively by Live Nation. The Comcast Cable Company functions solely as the name-in-title sponsor of the Center and has no involvement or control over policies or procedures in place at the facility. The tailgating policy at the Center has not changed. It is against the bylaws of the town of Mansfield to drink in public and the recent enforcement of this law is an attempt by the Mansfield Police Department to curb underage drinking and prevent unruly, disruptive behavior. We ask that our guests not hold Comcast Cable responsible for any issues regarding the operation of the facility.?
