I researched half a dozen companies in April 2010 to install a new sprinkler system in my front and backyard at Avery Ranch (in NW Austin). This company gave one of the best bids, were friendly in explaining their estimate, and seemed to know what they were doing.
I went with them, and the job was done in a few days. They did extra work for me to put in new grass patches all over my yard (since my own manual watering had killed off portions of my yard over the years...).
If I had any questions, Matt or Alan were able to get back quickly and explain stuff patiently..
VERDICT? Excellent job. Fast, quality work. Great customer service. They may be busy on a given day, but they will get back to you shortly because it does matter to them. Highly Recommended.
FOLLOW UP: Almost 18 months after the install (Oct 2011), I noticed a problem with one of the zones acting erratically. I called the company, and Matt and Alan came out Monday morning, looked at the system, fixed the problem promptly... all with a friendly smile and attitude.
