I received Matt's info from my neighbor that got a sprinkler system put in from Hunter Irrigation & Landscaping about a month or so ago. I am in need of a sprinkler system and landscaping as well since I just purchased my home in Oct of last year and want to make quite a few changes. I called and spoke with Matt last week and set an appointment for this past Saturday at 9:30 as said he likes to do them earlier in the morning. 9:30 came and went and no one showed. at 10, I called both numbers on the card and got voicemail. I left a message on Matt's voicemail and got no response. I had errands I had to do, but instead stayed at home waiting on someone that may or may not show up. If something happened, that would have been totally fine, but no call back even after a voicemail from being stood up is not at all professional. I'm sure they do good work when you can get hold of them, but i'll be taking my 6K budget for this project elsewhere. This set the tone for me on the kind of dedication i can expect on this company anyway.
