Much the same experience as snoop0208. I called and left a message for Alan - no response. Called Matt who answered the first time and told me to call Curtis. Called Curtis - name and number was taken - no return phone call. Went with Sullivan Irrigation out of Pflugerville. Got an answer the first call, appointment was made immediately, they came and took care of the problem at the appointded time. I just needed my system reprogrammed (yes I'm an idiot) but since I had to pay for an hour minimum, they turned on everything and checked it all out. Very pleased with the service.
