I called this company and I asked for the 'deep-cleaning' which included ceiling fans and dust boards. I also put in a request to take special care of the floor in the kitchen as I had dropped a glass in there and I wanted them to make sure I got it all. Well.... I can run my finger along the blades of my fans and I take off clumps of dust. And I am also picking off glass of my kitchen floor and they didn't even vacuum under my dining room table. I emailed them twice to get the problem fixed and I have gotten no reply
