Just Cleaning Co

I called this company and I asked for the 'deep-cleaning' which included ceiling fans and dust boards. I also put in a request to take special care of the floor in the kitchen as I had dropped a glass in there and I wanted them to make sure I got it all. Well.... I can run my finger along the blades of my fans and I take off clumps of dust. And I am also picking off glass of my kitchen floor and they didn't even vacuum under my dining room table. I emailed them twice to get the problem fixed and I have gotten no reply more

So I have used this company for around a year now and I hate to say it but they are the worst. I have them come once a month and at least 4 time have had to have the job done twice. At first they where very nice and bent over back wards, they finally put one of there top girls on my account and thing where better, but today she was not in so they sent out someone else. OMG nothing was dusted the floors where half done and she broke a trash can. Because the re clean was not convenient for me this time I get 20% off. Unbelievable.. I work in customer service so I do not take writing bad reviews lightly but could not let this go. Don't waist your money on this company its not worth it. more

I have used Just Cleaning Company for a couple of years. They are generally reliable. They are quick to address my questions and concerns and to a reasonable job of cleaning my home. I like that they show up as scheduled. more

Do not use this company. They will lie to you and say anything to get your business. I bought the groupon for cleaning my house, and it ended up costing me $160 to clean my 2000 sq foot house. They charged me twice and I just realized it so we will see what happens. They told me they would come to clean on a Tuesday. Tuesday came and they called me to tell me they couldn't make it. I complained and said they needed to be there because I took off work. They said they would come and then no one showed up. They said it was because the maids car broke down and she didn't have a cell phone with her. No one called me to explain. I called and they said they couldn't come until a week later. I told them that was unacceptable, and they finally sent someone a few days later. She did a fairly good job but customer service is sorely lacking. Then they charged me twice. I also forgot to mention they added dusting my blinds for free because of all hassle and guess what - it wasn't done. Save your money and do not use this company. BEWARE>>>>> more

I've read the negative reviews for this company and I have to say... I totally disagree. Our first cleaning in our new home was excellent!! I have used several cleaning services in the past and I found Just Cleaning to do a stellar job at a VERY reasonable price!! I'm looking forward to coming home from work tomorrow evening to a spotless house! I have have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. It seems to me the only people who take the time to write reviews are the unhappy people. You can't please everyone, but Just Cleaning has pleased ME!! more

Thanks Just cleaning company I certainly did put those links to good use :-) Now on to the Review - I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect in my life! If you have time and money to waste then be sure to hire this company. I've had a lot of cleaning companies that didnt do a very good job but this one takes the cake! On my scheduled cleaning day the cleaners did NOT show up even after I took off work to be there to let them in. When I called and spoke to the dispatcher she promised to have a crew of 2 ladies out there the very next day so again I took time from work only to have 1 lady show up to clean a 2300 sq. ft. home. It will take her all day to clean my house....RIDICULOUS!! So when I called the company at 8:45am the their answering service told me that they are gone for the day and wont be returning until monday. WHAT??? So they send people out to clean and yet they cannot be reached if there is any problems? What kind of a business does that? So after leaving a message for Eric, the self proclaimed owner and ""CEO"" (what a joke) He finally called me back and after telling me that he is not about to clean my house for FREE by sending out two ladies (even though that is what we agreed upon when I signed up for service) I was instantly put off by him. I told him that I never expected to have my house cleaned for free even though I pay over $100 for them to do it he began to cuss me out, tell me that he doesnt need my business, and that he has offices all over texas and plenty of business without me. Seriously?? Thats how you treat a single unsatisfied customer?? Clearly he must get a lot of complaints and he cant handle it so he just snaps whenever anyone complains. Do yourself a favor and hire a different service, any other service would be better than JUST CLEANING COMPANY! more

I have just begun using Just Cleaning, and have been very impressed. Arnell, my account manager, has been professional, prompt, and an all-around pleasure to deal with. I found their prices to be extremely reasonable, especially considering the high level of service they provide, and was pleasantly surprised when Monica arrived at my door at exactly the appointed time on the day she was scheduled to clean. She did a great job and Arnell has been great to work with throughout. I couldn't be happier with Just Cleaning! Pros: Prompt, polite, thorough, affordable Cons: None to speak of more

I hired this company for a Move Out cleaning of our apartment. They charged me $139 for a full cleaning but did not even fully vacuum the place, let alone clean the kitchen cabinets, or dust the ceiling fans among other things. When I complained they did offer to do another cleaning, however we had already moved out and new tenants had moved in and finished the cleaning themselves. All 'Just Cleaning' would then offer me is a $30 refund to the standard Move Out cleaning. Would you pay $100 for a cleaning in which they don't even fully vacuum the place? I argued for a larger refund because the standard cleaning includes a full vacuuming which they did not perform. I then got into a heated debate with the manager who told me to contact my lawyer!!! Do yourself a favor and hire someone else unless you want to go through multiple cleanings until the job is done right (if ever) or you have to contact your lawyer.? We have been w/ Just Cleaning Co. for almost a year now, at first it was a monthly service, then turned into a Bi-weekly and now we have turned into a weekly cleaning. Its that Great! We have young kids running around and destroying every lil bit of the house(not enough time in the day to stay w/ it), lets just say when they are done cleaning the disaster it looks AMAZING! Our Cleaner always does a wonderful job, and if we are round she is very friendly towards us and our kids (the kids love her). If our cleaner was not available the cleaner they provided us with knew what to do and how we liked it and was just as amazing as our original cleaner. Thank you! I want cleaners to be detailed, thorough, and professional and have found good service providers a challenge to locate. No longer! I have been using Just Cleaning on a Bi-Weekly basis for the past two years, and I have been very satisfied with the job that they do as well as their pricing. Our maid is great, and does an amazing job. She is very thorough, and even vacuums our couch. Their customer service is great as they always call me when they are on their way. I have been extremely happy with their service, and wouldn't change if you asked me. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a cleaning. I used just cleaning for a Deep Cleaning before my new Years party!!!!!!! They did a outstanding job on my home! The girls they sent our were very friendly and nice, they came in and went right to work, I have always used cleaning companies for one time cleanings in the past, they always send huge teams of girl 5-6 sometimes they run threw my house like there is a fire that is great; but its leaves some to be desired they all miss the little things, I have never had a smaller team come to my home, I will say I LOVED only having two girls in my home. I used Just cleaning to clean my house to move, they did a GREAT job. The eye for detail was great, they stuck to the list the provided for me, I was able to recive my whole depost back from my leasing company. The kitchens and bathrooms were spotless, I spent alot of time looking around the Austin area for a cleaning compnay Just Cleaning offered the best price and were even avibale for a Sat cleaning! The Customer Service was better then I would think, My account manager was very informative in the detal of explaing services and the Cleaner was GREAT! I just did my sutff for the day when she was Finished I arived back the place was great I had no proublem with the Company I will use them for all of my cleaning needs from now on..!!! This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. After giving me a quote to clean a large rental party house, they decided not to clean the location upon arrival. When I made the appointment, I had explained that it was a large house, and even gave them the square footage. I let then know the location needed to be clean by noon, for another party rental. They agreed, and said they would show up at 8, to provide ample time to clean. Upon arrival at 9:30, they decided not to clean the house. They claimed it was a ""dance hall"" and that they only clean homes. I told them I had explained this to the person who gave me the quote,and wanted to talk to him, but that person was conveniently not available. When I asked to talk to the manager, they claimed he was in a meeting. I asked him to call me asap, but never heard anything. I am the general manager of a successful business, and know how a good business should be run. This company should have stuck with their agreement. I can understand if they wanted to raise their quote, or even double it. But to walk off a job and screw me, and the owner of the house, without any care, is totally unacceptable. I hope this business closes and I wish I would have read reviews on them first. Apparently I'm not the only unsatisfied person. Cons: Too much more
