Review content:
A lot of people talk about tow compies and how they are crooks and just tring to ripe people off. Well I'm here to say that is not true. My wife's car broke down the other night and she was stuck on the side of the road. A Gastonia PD stopped and offered to call a towing service. He called Heafner's and they were there in 10 mins. The driver was curtious & towed my wife & son back to our house. When he got there I came outside with the litte bite of grocery money we had left and waited for the worst. The chage was WAY LESS then what I expected and the driver even provided me change without pretending like he didn't have any so he could get a tip. ( and yes I have had that happen before) He was vey polite and it turned what could have been a bad situation into something not so painful. And my son left his stuffed bear in the truck and we didn't realize it. the following day the driver returned the bear, and we didn't even know it was missing. How great was that. They trully are one of the best compies out there and the others NEED to take lessons from them. Thank you Heafner's.......
