Review content:
The staff at Glen Oaks, from the front office to the housekeeping department, and everyone in-between are all fantastic workers, and care-givers. They not only treat the residents with respect and loving care, but they treat their families the same way. It doesn't matter who you talk to or what you are taking about, the staff rspects your privacy, and makes sure that they take care of the resident and the family the way the doctor ordered for whatever the illness is, and they follow directions so that they will be helping the resident to the best of their ability. They are there to help, not hurt. Everyone at Glen Oaks, is always there immediately to help no matter what the problem is. They are fantastic and we always thank them, and let them know how much we appreciate everything they are doing for us. If a person needs to live in a nursing facility, I feel that Glen Oaks is the place to go. Pros: the residents are treated wonderfully at Glen Oaks Cons: The state doesn't have enough money to hire more staff
