I'm a DoD contractor for the U.S. Military and when I had a legitimate reason for missing my class, I basically begged Cathy whatever the F*** her last name is to allow me to reschedule but she was not phazed by my situation! She directly told that she didn't care because she got her money!! I came up with several ways to retake the class without having to pay again but she rejected all ideas. All she wanted was more money! Completely rude on the phone and she should not be a business owner. What a B****!!!! Only reason I went there was because i was referred there from the Lackland AFB motorcycle training instructor which just happened to work there. I should have read these reviews prior to giving them my money!
