Can you say ""have you paid your co-pay""? Seems like RX's are filled based on appointment basis. Was hung out to dry by Dr. Lombardi over XMas season. Missed appt. called to see about refills, and was asked after calling to re-schedule a missed appt. Needed meds 3x daily and appt. not available for another 3 weeks. Reception is very very unresponsive and seems to only care about ""collecting co-pays"". I felt like my meds were being held hostage due to a missed appt. When you call to say I'm sorry I missed an appt and need meds until next appt. you are told first thing.... ""Have you paid your missed appointment fee""? Of course not, I missed the appt! ""No refillsby phone"" was then put on my acct. Soooo, after all this and long waits sometimes over 45 min, and leaving me with no meds due to an unforgivable miss of an appt. Money comes first!Lack of concern, leaving patients with too bad, and endless different diognosis, I give up. A bad taste in your mouth is what you should get from bad food not bad doctors. Seeking another doc. Cons: long waits, too many appts.Co-pays first!
