But when you cross him, things get really dark, really fast. I missed an appointment that I had no record of, and got a letter in the mail notifying me of a $50 no-show fee that was charged to my account. When I contested the fee at the office, I found out that their courtesy call service had been disabled during the time of my appointment. When the administrative manager overheard my request, she stood up and said in an obstinate tone that Dr. Lombardi was not going to waive the fee. When I went into his office, we had the appointment just like always, except this time he never smiled, he used to wear a smile like it was painted on. After the appointment I asked what he wanted to do about the fee and explained my situation. He stood up and said with a sly grin, ""I'll tell you what I can do. I'll write off this appointment and you can seek help elsewhere."" Cons: Seems to be in it for the money. Appointments were way too often.
