I'm truly upset because I had a really great experience at natura spa but my hair dresser left so they suggested someone new, although I enjoyed their company I'm left $250 less rich and looking much worse than when I came in. I asked for ombr?? hair in which your hair is supposed to fade from dark to light, the process is supposed to look very natural and gradually progress from dark to light. I had really great pictures in order to be spacific with what I wanted, my results were far from ideal. My hair looks two toned with no progression just blonde and brown with a line through it, so basically it looks like I have 6 month grow out. I'm truly upset and feel scammed, not only that the color wasn't evenly applied to my hair and is lightening in cartain places and lookes blotchy. I truly want to buy a box kit right now to hide to horrible job but am afraid of ruining my hair...... Soooo disappointed and sad natura
