It seems as though my experience is very similar to the previous reviews. First off they were late. Apparently it was a communication error on the part of the scheduler. The techs had gone out on a 8am to 10am job and I was scheduled for 9am to 10am (for them to show). No one came until after 11am. Also fell for the 49.95 ""deal"" for 10 vents, one main, one return. We also had two mains which was another 89.95. That is more than they charged for the rest of the work. I was very uncomfortable with one of the workers. He was very condescending. I felt pressure to purchase other services. While I spoke to my husband over the phone, the worker seemed annoyed if I swayed him against any. The really pushed for a service plan which we were totally against until we could evaluate there work performance. While cleaning the ducts, the rest of the house became filthy. I felt they were just pulling out the dirt and dispersing it into the air only to rest of the rest of the house and get back into the vents. The chemical that they had used had dripped onto the floors in the first floor. The vent doors where not placed back on in one of the rooms which I pointed out. He tried to place it back on but blamed it on being an old house and stripping of the screw. I think they need to be prepared for such experiences. It is literally now barely on there!! Another vent in the kids bathroom had one screw sticking out. This could have hurt one of there feet while in there or even posed a chocking hazard it it became dislodged. They try to make up for there lack of performance by overing ""discounts"" and free stuff but hardly worth it. Lastly, I found a screw on the first floor, a definate chocking hazard for my one year old. I hope this helps!! I would hate for anyone to have a similar experience.
