Review content:
I got the absolute worst haircut at this expensive salon. I showed Jessica a picture of a sleek bob that would be quick and easy to maintain with minimal styling required. It had no layers. She thought it was a good choice. I then showed her a picture of a heavily layered bob. In this picture, the wispy layers were flipped up ? a cutesy faddish cut that requires lots of styling maintenance, and should not be worn by anyone over the age of 20. I'm 51. I made it very clear that this was not what I wanted. To make a long story short, I walked out with a heavy layered cut. She said I would need to do lots of blowdrying with a round brush. And, if I was not able to use a round brush, I should buy a hair dryer that has a built in round brush dryer. Not my bag. I like a quick ceramic iron and I?m off. To add insult she told me I could turn the layers up into a wispy flip!?!?!
Pros: Elle -- she's experienced & spirited
