Review content:
I love the atmosphere, front desk, location etc.. but the last time I went it was a horrible cut. I showed a picture, and said that I do NOT like soft layers framing my face. I wanted just a couple long chunky layers in front (I had very long hair) the pic showed long pieced chunky layers ending well past the chin. She seemed to understand. Well, my chair was turned for most of the cut and this young stylist Steph gave me very short layers (from my chin to ear) softly blended. Yuck. She could tell I was upset, she was able to straighten them to be a tad more edgy like I wanted but it's MUCH shorter now than I wanted & I am upset she gave me a cut I deliberately told her I didn't want. I still left a tiny tip because she was nice. The first time I went it was a different yet still very young girl. She gave me kind of the same layers, except a bit longer & wasn't as bad. But still, I wonder if they train them ONE way on how to layer. I will give it 1 more try, with an older stylist. Just be careful what you ask for and who you go to.
