Businiess name:  Gabriels Gate Restaurant

Review content:
if you like popcorn, you'll love gabriels gate! basically that's all we ate for an hour while waiting for our first round of drinks and appetizer. The table of six next to us arrived about 15 minutes after us, complained immediately and received 2 complimentary bottles of wine, one later accidently put on OUR check. there were no apologies made, and nobody checked in on us as we tried to be polite because it was obviously a busy night. When our food (appetizer and entrees together) arrived, it was cold, although when we inquired about it 2 minutes earlier, ""it wasnt even up yet, dude"". the greek salad had cajun chicken and the reuben was, no joke, WET. when we tried to return it, the waiter said he couldnt remove it from the check, although uneaten, because ""the owner would be mad"". the fish fries were 90% ""fry"" and 10% fish. This was, in all honesty a very busy night, but even excercising patience didnt help, as we were forgotten about, and no apologies were genuinely made. my advice is, if it's busy, complain loudly, immediately and maybe you'll be taken care of. i know this isnt always the case here....but i wouldnt take the risk.
