Stay away from this office! The worst experience I have ever had with a dental office. I made an appt for a basic cleaning and was forced to do x-rays and an exam before they would clean my teeth. I brought x-rays from my previous dental office (I had to change offices due to an insurance change) which were only 6 months old, but they refused to clean my teeth without taking new x-rays. I let them take the x-rays and was put in a waiting room and after spending 1 1/2 hrs in their office I was told I had to come back another day for the cleaning because they didn't have time although this is what I came here to do! The staff is very rude and disrespectful, especially the office manager Jocelyn! Now, a month after my visit they sent me an invoice for $308, although I have insurance and $0 co-pay. Now I have to deal with this invoice and I tried to talk to the office manager, who says she will call me back, but never does and who hung up the phone on me when I told her that I will complain to the general manager about the way I have been treated at this office. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau too. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this nightmare, therefore I am writing this review to warn you. Do NOT go here!
