The staff at this office were very warm and friendly. I enjoyed being in the office and felt extremely welcome and valued. Thank you for your help with my dental work. The only suggestion i have to improve the office is that it would be nicer if there was tile or some other flooring in the dental work rooms, other than carpet. Somehow carpet doesn't seem the most hygienic surface. That said, the hygiene levels in general were excellent! more

Asides from being a very busy office on a rainy day. The whole experience was enjoyable. Everyone was pleasant and my son was treated in a timely manner, everything was explained thoroughly and the staff was pleasant. more

I am a new patient to BrightNowDental and had a great experience (well as great can be when going to the dentist). The first time I went in for my evaluation, everyone was super nice and friendly. I am scared to death of the dentist so I have tried to avoid it as much as possible which wasn't very smart. I started having problems and not to my surprise, had quite a few things wrong. Jocelyn who helped me with my treatment plan was very knowledgable and genuinely cared. She answered my many questions and concerns with patience and care. I did not have the money so decided to put it off for another month or so. However, 2 weeks later, my tooth broke and had to go back in. They took me in right away and even though I was shaking to death from fear, everyone from the dentist to the receptionist were kind and caring. The dentist took her time, reassured me, and talked to me through the whole procedure while the nurse held my hand. I know I'm a 40 year old baby but I REALLY hate the dentist. Lots of bad experiences in the past. She took her time when giving the shots and it was the best any dentist has ever done on giving me shots. It's true that the office could use some modern touches. It is clean and very sanitary though. I made a point to look around and it was very clean. I explained that I didn't have the money for the visit and they worked out a payment plan without checking credit and having to go through that embarrassing ordeal. After reading some of the reviews, I was going to change dentists, but after my emergency visit, I plan on staying with Bright Now. more

Stay away from this office! The worst experience I have ever had with a dental office. I made an appt for a basic cleaning and was forced to do x-rays and an exam before they would clean my teeth. I brought x-rays from my previous dental office (I had to change offices due to an insurance change) which were only 6 months old, but they refused to clean my teeth without taking new x-rays. I let them take the x-rays and was put in a waiting room and after spending 1 1/2 hrs in their office I was told I had to come back another day for the cleaning because they didn't have time although this is what I came here to do! The staff is very rude and disrespectful, especially the office manager Jocelyn! Now, a month after my visit they sent me an invoice for $308, although I have insurance and $0 co-pay. Now I have to deal with this invoice and I tried to talk to the office manager, who says she will call me back, but never does and who hung up the phone on me when I told her that I will complain to the general manager about the way I have been treated at this office. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau too. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this nightmare, therefore I am writing this review to warn you. Do NOT go here! more
