I love Drive Cleaning! I read about them in a local magazine and had to try them out. I've never liked doing laundry, actually I loathe the chore. So about four months ago I gave them a chance and I haven't been bothered with my laundry since. For all the Peapod people, Drive Cleaning is definately worth one try. My wash/fold clothes are always folded nicely and nothing has faded or shrunk since I began using the service. Even if my apartment had an in-unit washer/dryer, I would still use Drive Cleaning. And I must also mention, they have very excellent customer service.
Pros: Free pick-up and delivery, outstanding customer service
Cons: none, they have met some very last minute requests
