Great Service for a Discount 6/15/2011

I can?t believe I can get the benefits of such a great service, without paying some extravagant price. I thought for sure there?d be some hidden cost when I signed up with Drive Cleaning and experienced first-hand how convenient they are. But they weren?t lying when they told me I pay one flat monthly rate?and nothing else. more

A Responsible and Eco Friendly Company 6/13/2011

I?m glad to see a company like Drive Cleaning is making a conscious effort to do their part to help the environment. More companies should follow suit and take steps toward thoughtful consumerism. They really thought it through, from the efficient pick-up/delivery routes to the energy-saving light bulbs in their facility. I?m glad to support this business! more

Pick Up the Dry Cleaning, Or Dont! 6/10/2011

I stay home and take care of my kids while my husband is at work, so it?s been part of my weekly errands to take in all the dry cleaning. But with kids its easy to get distracted, and more than once ?picking up the dry cleaning? was overlooked on my to-do list. But with Drive Cleaning?s delivery service, I don?t have to drive anywhere, and it?s done! more

The Green Garmento is great 6/9/2011

I think the ?Green Garmento? bag that Drive Cleaning gives you is such a nifty, useful idea. Of course it eliminates all the plastic that your clothes usually come wrapped in when you pick them up from the cleaners. But it?s also nice to have around the house for collecting laundry. I want to buy myself a few more! more

Better Than UPS! 6/8/2011

I discovered Drive Cleaning a few months ago when I first moved here, and it?s been great. I was skeptical at first about having my clothes sitting out on my doorstep for pick-up and delivery, but there has never been an issue?just like getting a UPS package. more

Had to move but very courteous 6/7/2011

I recently had to move out of Chicago with little notice. So I had to cancel my account with Drive Cleaning. It was a no-hassle process, and the staff was really accommodating to my circumstances?they even refunded the money I?d already paid for the month, since I was leaving and wouldn?t be able to use it. What great service! more

Easy to Communicate With 6/2/2011

Whenever I have a special request about care for my garments, I just give Drive Cleaning a call and let them know. I?ve also left a note on my clothes in the garment bag, but I like that I can do it online so I know the cleaners will see it. I love how easy communication is with Drive Cleaning. more

Quick and reliable service 6/1/2011

I?ve been using Drive Cleaning?s services for a while now, and I wanted to write a review after my experience last week. I realized I?d forgotten to put a garment with my weekly pick-up load, and I desperately needed it cleaned right away! So I drove from my home in downtown Chicago and got to the Drive Cleaning store within 15 minutes. They took my dress and had it cleaned for me that day, for no extra charge! I?m so thrilled I have this dry cleaner to count on. more

Eco Friendly Is Still High Quality 5/31/2011

You don?t have to worry if you think eco-friendly means sacrificing a good dry cleaning. Whatever it is their doing to clean my clothes, its definitely working. And I don?t even have to be home when they deliver my clothes to my house. When I get home from work, my dry cleaning errand is already complete?because there are my clothes waiting for me at the front door. more

I only wish I?d found this place sooner! I passed one of Drive Cleaning?s delivery trucks on the road and thought, ?Hmm, delivery dry cleaner?! Why don?t I know about this place?!? Amazing First Month 5/24/2011

Fast and efficient, I?m sold! It?s my first month trying out Drive Cleaning and I?m so glad to have all the work done for me with their delivery service. I used to always be without clean work clothes because I?d forget to pick up my dry cleaning in time. Now I don?t even have to think about it, it?s just there on my doorstep when I get home. One less thing for me to worry about in the middle of a busy week. more

This is such a neat company! They are super friendly on the telephone, for one. I just got off the phone asking some details about prices (which seem totally reasonable for the services offered, by the way.) I can?t wait to start using them. Great At Removing Stains! 5/20/2011

This place is great at removing stains! I had my doubts because sometimes I imagine earth-friendly equals less cleaning power, but I guess I assumed wrong, because my work shirts are looking as white and clean as ever. Someone in my office actually commented today on how crisp my shirts always look. So I just had to write about that on a review for Drive Cleaning! more

Drive Cleaning Changed My Shopping Habits! 5/19/2011

I feel like using the services of this place has made me more environmentally conscious. They?ve actually managed to have a positive influence on my lifestyle. They encouraged me to recycle old hangers that I?ve had cluttering my closet for years. And I?m not throwing handfuls of plastic away every time I get my dry cleaning done because they gave me a reusable bag for my clothes. And making these little changes in how I do my dry cleaning has made me think about how to be more conscious of other areas in my life. I?ve tried to use reusable bags for all my shopping now, too. more

Shockingly Eco Friendly 5/18/2011

I did some research on just how ?eco-friendly? this place is before I decided to pay monthly for their services. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they cover all the bases in terms of energy efficiency, such as using energy-efficient light bulbs in their cleaning facility. And they?re also using vehicles that are more fuel-efficient. I?m glad to support a business that is so eco-conscious. more

My Dry Cleaner of choice 5/17/2011

This is definitely my dry cleaner of choice. I don?t know why I would use anything else. It?s way too convenient to pass up their pick-up and delivery service. I can call them and have them come to my house whenever I need a load of clothes cleaned. And they?re very friendly so I don?t mind chatting with the workers for a bit when they come to my house. And when I?m not there, they still leave my clothes neatly wrapped on my doorstep without any hassle. more

Delivers for my Dog Too! 5/4/2011

The people at this place are so friendly! The deliveryman even brings dog treats for my dog when he comes to the door. When I leave special-care notes on my clothes, they always double-check with me to make sure they understand what I expect. I?ve never had such a satisfactory experience with a dry cleaner before. more

A darn good deal 5/3/2011

Going to the dry cleaners is one part of my week that I won?t miss! Drive Cleaning comes to my house whenever my dirty dress clothes start to pile up. I only need to dress up once in awhile, so I don?t need to use their twice-a-week service. It?s so convenient to have them come whenever I need! more
