Drive Cleaning is an excellent company that is both convenient and exceeds the service provided by most downtown Chicago dry cleaners; simply, they are THE BEST! My wife and I had particularly challenging experiences with other dry cleaning locations/services with lost clothes, or late/skipped pickups by a pickup/dropoff dry cleaner. Drive Cleaning has an easy to use website to start service, make changes, view your invoices, etc. The quality of their cleaning is very good, their attention to garment stains or repair needs is excellent. The owner is very involved and has called me to make sure that I was happy with his company's work. I can recommend them if you're looking for an on-time, reliable and good performing service to pick-up/drop-off your dry cleaning. While some people may think that their cost is a touch higher than other dry cleaners, we think that they're really cheaper in the end... they've lost none of our good clothes. Once you lose a pair of suit pants, what can you do with a pinstripe jacket that's missing pants (and the dry cleaner only says ""oh, sorry""). Trust your best clothes, suits and shirts to Drive Cleaning.
