I have dined at Thistles several times since it opened last January with my husband as well as with larger groups of family and friends. The food is always great! I am always surprised at the new additions to the menu and wine list and since I am a pretty adventurous diner it is fun for me to see what is new each time we return. The wine flights were added on my last visit and everyone at the table tried a different one. It was great to be able to sample several different wines all at once!
The staff is very friendly whenever we are there and they always remember us! Gusteating, this is the only thing resembling a ""Cheers"" environment that I have ever encountered at Thistles in all of my visits and frankly I like frequenting a place where ""everyone knows your name""...
Pros: Great Cuisine, Good Variety, Friendly Staff
