Review content:
I love Fire of Brazil (Alpharetta location). The fire-grilled meats are truely awesome: superbly seasoned and remarkably tender.
The huge salad bar is lavish although signs to identify each item would help. Things aren't always what they seem, but many premium items (steamed mussels, hearts of palm, shrimp, etc.) are among the many hot and cold choices.
Every one of the four servers who attended our table were friendly and efficient. All were transplanted natives of Brazil.
Save room for dessert (not easy here). They're fabulous: try the flan.
The place is not cheap ($65 per person for us - including drinks, tax and a generous tip). However, if you arrive with a good appetite you'll get more than your money's worth of great food. I'd trade a meal at any of Atlanta's fine steakhouses for a romantic evening at Fire of Brazil.
It's that good.
Pros: Awesome grilled meats, Vast salad bar, Friendly staff
Cons: , Salads need signs
