Yesterday I had a car towed from my covered parking spot in the complex that live. Roseville towing has a contract with my complex so I called them. They showed up quickly and where easy to work with. I filled out the receipt given to me by the driver, asking for my information like full name, phone number and address. It was explained to me that this was standard and needed for filling purposes. Later that morning I received a threatening phone call from the person who's car I had towed. Now someone who I don't know, is pissed off and has my full name, phone number and the address to the place my family sleeps at night. When I called Roseville towing to complain, I was told, ""the person needed proof that there car was in a reserved spot"" I asked why the individual was not directed to my apartments management and could not get a answer. I received no apology, and no assurance that anything was going to change in regards to what information they will give out anyone that asks. Thank you Roseville Towing for potentially putting the fait of my family, my property and my self in the hands of some random citizen.
Cons: gave my personal information to the person I had towed.
