I moved from NJ to LA this summer and I was looking for a great haircut and a new style. My stylist from NJ recommended ICON so I looked it up on citysearch and made an appointment with Nancy. The haircut I received was all I could ever want and more. Using my guidelines she used her own sense of style to create undoubtedly the best haircut I have ever had. Since then I went back for a return visit and received an even better haircut the second time! (I didn't think better than best was possible, but I was proved wrong). Beyond the haircut, she was incredibly nice, took extra special care and attention to every detail of the cut, and spent extra time to show me how she styled my hair so I could reproduce it myself between haircuts. Beyond the haircut, the staff was extremely nice, the atmosphere was great, and the head massage you get with your hair wash is always amazing! All in all the experience was unlike anything ever before and I know I have found my permanent place to get my haircut.
