Review content:
They have great designs and ideas but the process is just awful. Everything from nickle and diming you on design issues to lack of follow-up. They get involved in offering (thus getting building in a profit for themselves) and ordering the granite, floors, and other items but will not manage or coordinate those trades and make it your problem. The billing is also bad. You have to look over everything and often there are mistakes. If it wasn't for my contractor who jumped in to help (even though he was not responsible for that part of the job or got paid) this project would had been taking twice as long and looked twice as bad.
Pros: good design ideas
Cons: pricey, bad follow-up, missing details
